Aroma Verde Hotel - Valdivia

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was fantastic. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the stunning view from the third floor, everything was thoughtfully done. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. The freshly prepared dishes, especially the amazing eggs, were a great way to start the day.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

This inconspicuous yet exceptional hotel is the perfect spot for those wanting to explore the city. the staff couldn't be friendlier and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Plus, it's close to everything, including the bus terminal and supermarkets. With freshly prepared breakfast daily, you can start your day off right. the hardwood floors are a beautiful touch.

The decor of the reception area may be minimalist and a little off-putting with its concrete floor.

My xmas stay was fantastic! the hotel was in the perfect spot, I was able to walk to the mall, supermarkets, and the town square. the staff was accommodating and friendly, even though I did not speak the native language. the room was cozy and warm, the sheets were soft, and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was satisfying and delicious, with a personalized touch that made it feel like home.

The bathroom is a bit small and cramped, and there is some construction going on around the hotel, which made it a bit noisy. the exterior of the hotel has no sign and may be hard to locate if you do not have the address.

The hotel has a great location near the bus terminal, supermarkets, and the principal tourist interest. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the facilities are satisfactory.

Lastly, the breakfast is a little cute set that is prepared exclusively for you, which adds a personal touch to the experience.

Nevertheless, we found the hotel to be a great value for money and the perfect choice for our stay in the city. We would definitely recommend it to others!
